It is very nice to meet you. Thank you for coming to my page and I hope that you will find something awesome that you are looking for. I have created this blog page so all of my ventures will be in one place and easy to get to at one time. I love working on an independent basis and I hope to be able to make this a full time venture someday and maybe this blog will assist me with that goal.
I have been doing direct sales for years. I have tried many, and have failed over and over again. It is very hard to keep up with the demand of a goal when you don't have a lot of customers besides your friends. Even they don't want to buy every single month, and they shouldn't. It's hard to find a new customer base when you also suffer from anxiety so you fear going out and putting your name in the community. This is why I am trying something different. I really do enjoy the freedom and fun of having a direct sales business. I want to be able to keep doing what I love if that means Avon, making dog treats, or doing freelance work.
This whole venture started off a few years ago while I was trying to make extra money because I don't have "a real job." I am actually a full-time caregiver and that leaves me very little time or energy to work 40 hours in an office somewhere. Being a caregiver is the hardest thing that I have ever done in my life. It is the hardest job that I have ever have, but people don't seem to understand that it is real work. I have to supplement my income any way that I can and sometimes that includes working odd jobs, or jobs on a freelance basis. I get a lot of flack from people who don't understand how much a real job being a caregiver is, and I sympathize with those who are going through the same thing that I am. There is a lot of work, and very little pay.
I did this to take control of my destiny and work around my care giving duties. I love to write. I have a BFA in Creative Writing. I have done ghost blogging for several people and have even published a few ebooks. I also make and sell natural dog treats and of course, I sell Avon!
